Anyone read any news of the Yellow Volta being available in the US? I'm 50 levels of irked that I won't have all the colors.

June has flown by. I think I may have ordered it with at least one other LP during a sale. Guess we'll see what ends up coming with, if anything. I should probably keep a running tab of pre-orders so I know if something doesn't ever show.

I figured they sent the signed art card along with the UK pressing since it didn't have the extra tracks. As in a balance things out sort of deal.

My equipment isn't super high end so I always hesitate to comment on sound quality but I have listened to my US pressing. Outside of the songs on B being a bit heavier I don't notice much difference. Are you talking serious feedback, distortion, etc? If that's the case I definitely don't have that going on.

Hmm. This is exactly why I thought it was a no brainer in my case. Maybe I'll wait and see if those who aren't in love with it decide to toss them up for sale.

I love Depeche Mode and intrigued by the comparison. I wanted to love the tracks I sampled so much but couldn't get into it. I didn't order hoping to get feedback and maybe get a different perspective. Glad my sentiments are shared but also bummed because it could be a really great project.

Most people have turntables that adhere to the laws of gravity. Whose form follows function. I prefer my record player to do none of these things.
