I'm probably in a minority here, but did anyone else order that Dropsy LP from JNR? I thought it was supposed to arrive with the latest flexi but I haven't heard anything about it other than the digital download. Just making sure I hadn't missed something before I email them.

I checked out their online store but hadn't considered discount codes. Thanks for the heads up. There's a physical store not far from me I want to check out too.

I was literally sitting here thinking "guess it's true if I wait long enough everything will be reissued" while browsing for things I want. I haven't been collecting long enough to know if something that's reissued needs to be grabbed up as soon as the pre-order hits or if once there are copies readily available I can purchase when I want/can or if the price drops. Suppose that also plays a part in what's keeping prices high.

I didn't notice the reissue price at first and so when you said "kind of steep" I saw the 299 and was all WHAT. Hah. Seems like 30 dollar plus for an album is the new 20 dollar plus for a new album.

They're listing it as an LP but the track lists are under Discs 1 and 2. Could these be CDs?

The picture ledge deal and spacing out the album covers would drive me crazy. Not to mention if you have over a dozen records it's completely ridiculous.

$40. In retrospect that isn't much less than Pockets would be with shipping from discogs. I suppose being able to hold it in my hands makes the difference for me. Heh.

Walked into a local shop on my lunch break and a copy of Some Boots was on the wall in great condition for a good price. A little bird nudged me not to leave it behind so now it's mine. Turns out it was from the collection of one of the staff guys there. If he has more and keeps them as well as this album is I may have to stalk him. Errr...I mean be in his presence as much as possible so when he decides to sell the rest of his Karate I'm right there. Totally in a non-stalking manner. Yeah.

Thank you for sharing that link. I swear I saw another white vinyl version for sale and I was looking all over the Bella Union site for it thinking I'd gone nutso. Apparently I had the foresight to look at Rough Trade a week or so ago and see it there then manage to completely forget that fact by last night. Yay. In other news that price stings so much to ship to the US.
