My issue here is that if youre rooting for another person's order to get fucked up then you shouldn't be mad at yours for gettng screwed up. personally i dont think anyone in this thread deserves to get effed over and none of our issues are less important than the others. I wonder if Sandbag is going to intentionally fuck us (take their time shipping our packages or send them damaged) if we complained to them in email. They started ignoring my emails then one guy said what's my issue (like really dude you didn't read my past emails?) and then I repeated myself and the dumb person who I proved wrong (Kim) goes and starts accusing me of canceling my order WHEN WE ALREADY WENT THROUGH THIS THAT SHE WAS WRONG. And she even admitted she was, these guys literally do not give a shit. I pretty much called them idiots afterwards (it was going no where) so I'm expecting them to delay my order. =/

At this point go public and tag trent & nin while you criticize sandbag. I think im going to stick to that. i too asked for a refund on shipping or an upgrade and theyre like pushing it off.

So to update my story, they email me (in my own words) "oh shit you're right our bad but its all good since you can buy it again and get them in time cause they're not released yet" At this point I don't even know. My Tyler the Creator will probably show up before these records

Thanks guys. So in the emails they pulled out an old email i sent asking for a refund for deviations. Fair enough I did say that and I wanted my refund for DEVIATIONS. I told them straight up I asked for Deviations not my entire order. They reply claiming my entire order was Deviations when my refund clearly stated 155$ They even mentioned Deviations was 80$. Logically it makes no sense to me how 155 = an 80$ record especially when I got a refund invoice for it. Then they tell me to place another order, are you fucking serious? Am I going to be pushed back even further in the que? I sent them an email calling them out on the bullshit lie/terrible math skills so let's see what they say tomorrow. So to sum it up, I asked for a refund for deviations, they cancel my entire order and say it was only deviations (I ordered Fragile & NTAE too)

They didn't tweet blaming me. In the tweets they acted like they were helping me out, probably so they look good in front of NIN. They said they emailed me and then boom they're making accusations.

They also claim deviations was my only order and im like you morons, when did it cost 155$ to ship deviations. i seriously cant stand this company, i knew they were going to be as bad as firebrand but im beginning to think they might be a tad worse. They also fucked up on the arcade fire end too. Shipping out preorders late with super slow shipping when everyone paid 10$ for dhl. But im pissed that i reorder the damn stuff because it might even take longer but the audacity for them to blame me & not accept fault thats bullshit. I hope trent drops these morons asap

Just got mine in and i still have pending status too. packaging is beautiful. Self titled is a nice gatefold as is Forgiveness Rock Record but those still lacked proper inner sleeves. You Forgot it has the best cover but terrible package (single sleeve for double vinyl) but this is beautiful. Love the lyric book being a part of the packaging. The clear is different from any other clear i got, has a greenish tint to it. I would have loved it if it was embossed or had some felt material on it but thatd prob raise the cost. Only thing is I did not get a thank you not like some have. Maybe a canada thing? Cause this seems to be shipped from a us warehouse
