They have hundreds of negative and neutral feedback to go along with their thousands of positive feedback scores on Discogs, so there is a chance you could be one of the customers who fall through the cracks. From what I've read, if an item is on backorder, they'll leave your Discogs order sitting there with no update until they can fulfill it or until you complain and ask them to cancel the order. They will also send out incomplete orders without telling you or asking whether you'd still like to buy the in-stock items. They'll also send the wrong item occasionally (black vinyl instead of a limited edition, etc.). They're a huge seller and communication/accuracy isn't part of their business model.

Canceled my Rough Trade order and went with Bullmoose. Same price but I'd rather the record make its trek over the pond in a big box with other copies than an untracked single LP mailer alone.

Love the video and Lynchian reverse-speak at the end. The song itself is pretty beautiful too. I called two local shops asking about the Burn the Witch 7" and both of them didn't see it on the normal channels they use for ordering stock. At this point, I'd rather not waste my energy hunting one down if its going to be mad scramble.

All text that is neon green or neon blue has poor contrast. You can't display neon colors on white or light grey backgrounds. ALL dark text needs to be on a white or light grey background and ALL neon text needs to have a dark grey or black background.

All that poor dude needed was a quirky girl in a pink wig.

For that neon green and light blue to not hurt your eyes, the background needs to be much darker...which then conflicts with the dark grey/black body text. IMO, the easier solution is to just darken the neon green to a forest green or the blue to a darker blue.

King of Limbs sounded like Radiohead got sucked into a computer and I was outside of the computer listening to their 16-bit selves play b-sides for their actual LP8 through the speakers. It has not aged well, IMO.

Thank you for the reminder that there is always a DIY way to get things done. If I can't find a printer who can do a short run, you'll find me at FedEx Kinkos ray-gunning it.

If you suspect they are not telling the truth, follow this order: 1) Ask for photos 2) Offer to provide a full refund upon return of the item. Offer to work within eBay or PayPal's claim system, so that eBay/PayPal can oversee the return, any messages exchanged, and automate the process (when applicable). There is still a chance that you will get a damaged item back and lose out on your money and record BUT, if this is just a ploy to get money back, the buyer will refuse the return or disappear. Also, consider the slight chance that she is telling the truth and the package was tampered with or damaged during transit. Media Mail is subject to inspection and stranger things have happened. Good luck and keep a calm head. If you'd rather give $8 back and avoid this entire headache (which is a valid option depending on how busy you are) do the partial refund and move on.
