  1. Probably cut at 45rpm. I'm sure it will sound great though.
  2. Trashed the plastic sleeve and put them in http://www.amazon.com/10-12inch-Record-CARDBOARD-JACKETS/dp/B00AKH6O9E/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1454005264&sr=8-12&keywords=12%22+record+jacketswith an inner. They are for my kids so I had them paint/draw the covers to each record.
  3. Massive Attack releases post 100th Window have been so expensive. The Burial Remix EP was the only one I did not hesitate to buy.
  4. I'm guessing they got the 1-2AB mixed up. I'm guessing it should be 1A 1B 2A 2B and its one track per side.
  5. Picture discs generally sound bad. Surface noise, thin. They aren't that great. I've heard worse picture discs, these are probably as good as you can get for the format though.
  6. The Disney Parks Store app, has most of these still in stock. I haven't ordered from them, but I'm assuming they ship and its not just a Disney Property room ordering service.
  7. Not before the release. When I posted the pic, as far as I know, that was the first mention of it. I got it maybe a day or 2 before the release day from DC mail order. By release day, there were mentions of lots of red ones. Lots of DC Mugger orders have hit now, thats the only mention so far.
  8. That was the first reaction to the red manipulator too. If there is a white version, it seems to be way more rare than the red Manipulator.
  9. I think anything that followed up the 05 albums was gonna get backlash. Those were difficult albums to top. ET had a bunch of little things people thought was wrong with it (Two being too straight forward plus Sheryl Crow, remaking 2 classic tracks and making them sound worse than their Suicide Handbook version, lackluster recordings vs their live counterpart), on top of all that he had just gotten sober, which was after a couple years of audience clashing, and playing either ramshackle or spectacular shows. So his persona was a bit dicey and his fan base was wary. It was a burnout period for everyone TBH. Ultimately I think ET has aged really well. I do think the production on it is pretty bad, but the songs are really great. Cardinalology was really well produced but outside of 2-3 tracks, the songs aren't there. It's a pretty forgettable record IMO.
  10. Its grossly over priced in the US as well. Thats like another $12 over the US price though.
  11. Just to be clear, the guy who has trolled VC on multiple occasions is labeling another poster's actions as sad.
  12. I really hope it comes on Friday, but I'm not optimistic at this point.
  13. Sounds like its just a black or grey splatter on clear. Nothing crazy.
  14. Travis, do you know if Disney is planning on pressing their Legacy line? I see they did a comp for Barnes and Noble. I have been wondering if thats a precursor.
  15. I'd like to see this whole album pressed. Title track is great.
