  1. I find it strange (and kind of cool) how few people actually sell off their copies of BR stuff, no matter the title.
  2. The pricing on this thing makes 100% sense and is quite reasonable - not sure how anyone doesn't get that. I can't afford it, and that's a bummer...but not the fault of DW/Converge. If you wanna aim your pitchforks at someone who has shitty pricing, $RC still puts out records. T&N has some garbage happening right now also.
  3. This is very accurate. However, it has been said time and again that it is foolish to not set a release date that is beyond the expected completion date for vinyl given the current climate. I have two releases at the plant that I haven't even started promo for yet because I know that it will be an eternity before they're done.
  4. Yeah, the tracking stopped on 9/26 and I waited until 10/8 and popped into the local PO to see what's up. The lady said that it wasn't on hold, so it's gone. Emailed and the sender is filing a claim, so I have to wait until the claim is resolved in order to get a refund OR a replacement. That last part chaps me the most, I think.
  5. Just to help you out: #/15 = test pressing #/42 = overrun They had 42 copies that were extras without jackets, so they screen printed some art and numbered them out of 42. If I remember correctly, there were a few copies of every color in these jackets. The test pressings had different screen printed art, but there were only 15 of them. Hope this helps!
  6. My gut tells me that the timeline for this story is gonna be great. What date did you order and when did you start emailing/contacting them via FB?
  7. I have a spare ticket to tonight's show in LA. It's sold out, but there's hope! One downside: you might feel obligated to hang out with eskimoswim and myself. The choice is yours. PM me if you're down.
  8. Solid seller, easy to work with and packs like a champ. Buy his stuff.
  9. There are two others coming as well. We will have to work something out so you can get those as well (in the instance that they don't come out your way again soon, that is)
  10. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! These guys are officially starting their debut tour tonight as well! We didn't want them to hit the road empty-handed, so we loaded them up with some lathe cuts for Do What You Do and it's limited to only 40 copies. Check it out: 9/19 - Columbus OH -- Independent's Day Festival 9/20 - Kalamazoo MI -- Shakespeares Lower Level 9/21 - Ferndale MI -- The Loving Touch 9/22 - Kent, OH -- Outpost Concert Club 9/23 - Rochester NY -- Water Street Music Hall 9/24 - Watertown NY -- The Flashback Lounge 9/25 - Providence RI -- Simon's 677 9/26 - Rockaway, NJ -- Backroom Studios 9/27 - Brooklyn NY -- Leftfield 9/29 - Richmond, VA -- The Broadberry 9/30 - Chattanooga, TN -- JJ's Bohemia 10/1 - Nashville, TN -- Rocketown 10/2 - Muncie IN -- Be Here Now 10/3 - Cincinnati, OH -- Northside Yacht Club 10/29 - Grand Rapids, MI -- Pyramid Scheme 10/30 - Keego Harbor, MI -- B One Ballroom (Devil's Night Gang Bang)
  11. Ladies and gentlemen! You guys get a little sneak peek here before we start making formal announcements about it! The Skulx is a veritable super group created by the core trio of Mat Franklin & Lex Vegas (Cadaver Dogs) and Alex Nauth (Foxy Shazam) while being rounded out by various touring musicians and a shitload of folks joining them in the studio! On the record: Eric Nally Daisy Caplan Sky White Loren Turner --Foxy Shazam Frank Sidoris --Slash and The Conspirators Salim Akram --Bad Rabbits I an Cook Jeshua Marshall Andrew Carew -- Larry And His Flask Cole Walsh-Davis --The Honeyspiders Elizabeth Rasmussen --Good English Steven King, Sam Duff, Jeff Scott, Craig Jaki Howser, Jarrett Shed, & Tyler Hammel Truth be told, it sounds like exactly what you're thinking it sounds like - it's got slick rock riffs coupled with smooth pop vocals. Check out their first two singles here: Do What You Do: https://youtu.be/g-GKut0v0io Suckin' On Stars: https://youtu.be/ElU-mR_eYyY The vinyl pressing is in the works already, tests have been approved...but we will leave a few secrets for when we get closer to the release date.
  12. Let's bring this one back, because this 7" is beautiful! Everyone who ordered should have received their copies by now, and I decided to send out THREE test presses this time around...especially since WTTP decided that they didn't actually want to post about the release after we had already advertised it. Ha! If you haven't checked it out yet, the full 7" is streaming over at our bandcamp and you can steal it if you want to: https://mindovermatterrecords.bandcamp.com
  13. ^ yeah, those dudes are very aware of VC so Toki just named the group and they were chill with it. They did, however, have a different mercy guy at the time.
  14. I can't believe that the price on the CD box sets hasn't dipped at all.
  15. Keep You is flawless. I honestly wish it was about 20 minutes longer! The dynamics, the production. Umph. I know I'm in the minority, but I really get into some "boring" stuff.
  16. My ignorance shined through there, thanks for the correction. Either way, the value of the dollar is garbage and makes that conversion get nasty.
