I'm not going to lie, my record player is probably pretty crappy (I don't think there's anything to adjust), and I did make an attempt to "clean" (i.e., "brush") the record, but I don't think that was the issue (the record looks fine). My record player does play the "Suffer" and "No Control" records perfectly fine (as well as the large majority of my record collection), but I can't listen to this record without it skipping every few seconds. I'm 2/3 through the B side and there's been a number of skips. But it looks like corn, so I forgive it while trying to abstain from eating it

I received the order today. Amazing. Last time it took 3 weeks, this time about 4 days. What amazing service!

*I ordered two LPs from a seller in Nov. One was limited to 100 copies and sold for almost $50. The weeks afterward, 2 copies sold for about $10. Anyway, as soon as I paid the seller (who had about a 500 rating with no negs), he stopped contacting me. The records never came. He never answered any messages, emails or claims. I'm worried that something happened to him. I did a claim and got money back for one, and will probably get refunded for the other in a few days. *On New Years I saw a record I wanted for half price "on sale" in a buy it now. So I did. A message said that payment was required ASAP. I thought that was strange, but it was a sale, so I did. Now the item has been removed along with the seller. Emailed the seller last night and if no response within 2 days I'll file a claim. *Records from ebay are almost never as described and always come damaged. I realized that if I don't ask sellers to "sandwich the record in sturdy cardboard and then place in a mailer" they will come bent and sometimes unplayable. Still, some sellers don't do that.

I had a bout of stupidity yesterday. In the morning I took a shit on my beloved carpet, I forgot to take out the trash for my g/f, before going to sleep I knocked a cup of tea over onto all my records and my precious carpet. Luckily, I keep my records in the plastic sleeves that seal over with a flap. i am so careless..

I have 5 copies of some records I absolutely love. I love the way different colors influence the mood of the album.

You say every record skips. You're obviously doing something wrong if the majority of your records skip. My skipping records are Bark Like A Dog, Television City Dream, Survival of the Fattest and SLATFATS on pink, Vindictives Leave Home on black. and I went through 2 used Formula 27s that skipped. Hmm, Four on the Floor also skipped. And so do various recess presses of Boogada on I Hate Led Zepplin. I have over 100 other LPs that don't skip.

I've never printed a record or music so I don't know, but when you get art, save it as a high resolution tiff file that's big enough or bigger than an LP. Then shrink one for CDs.

All my Fat Wreck Chords releases skip. Hickey would say it's my set up. I have an AT-PL 300.

I thought, man this isn't so expensive.. then shipping was 80% of the order knocking it over 100! I missed out last time, didn't want to miss out again.. I skipped PID last time because I wasn't into the red. So I'm happy about this repress.

10 years, I'm not sure why, but from 1998 till last summer I didn't listen to or have a record player. I think I didn't know how to take care of records when I was in high school and got sick of all the clicks and pops and gave it up

I'm looking for these ones are bitter on blue, red and swirl I won the swirl on ebay for over $40 and the blue for almost $40 from some guy on ebay. Unfortunately, after receiving payment, the guy disappeared. (and then 2 more swirls went for $10 each and there were only 100 pressed) These are what I'm missing and the only records I'm really searching for.

I only ordered SLATFATS on pink (ye, I am kicking myself for not ordering more!). It skipped on Eat the Meek. I cleaned it with AT634 and played it again. It didn't skip. A few months later I played it again. It skipped. My record player is an AT-PL 300

every Vindictives release is weird. But how many times are they going to rerecord the same stuff? Musak, acoustic, and now this.

In Japan we have yahoo auctions which is way more popular than (but not as good as) ebay. I would say this is a great opportunity for you to make some money as at least one person is going to want one of these and willing to pay $1,000
