In both cases, see how the longer shelves were put vertical and the shorter horizontally? That is "sideways" and an incorrect installation which resulted in catastrophic failure.

Someone should post the picture of the collapsed record shelf due to improper installation. The shorter shelves that normally go vertically that are connected with dowels have failed before under stress.

So is your record collection going to be leaving in a van for 2 months as well? Sounds worse than your friends using a package as a coaster. Do you live close to your parents or relatives? Get it mailed there. Or, I'd be glad to hold onto them for you if need be

Just scored 2 wants from eBay for pretty cheap. Patience helps sometimes. Guess this thread is basically closed. Unless someone wants to sell/trade me rare pg.99 and Converge items. Or if they have the pygmy lush - bitter river tape or test press.

Except eBay recently started mixing the BIN and store items with regular auctions, right? They did something so the bar separator is gone, and I get a lot of junk mixed in with the auctions when I search. Wonder if there is a way to turn that off, or revert back to the old view. I guess I can always hide those items from search view.

That sucks the early dates missed out, but it sounds like they have them now, which works out great for me. I'm seeing them tomorrow, and really excited about seeing them and some of the other bands (and excited about the prospect of completing my Axe to Fall collection, ha).

Note how shipping is listed as $4 (the maximum allowable shipping under eBay policy, even for international sellers), but they are asking people from the states to pay $17. I'd suggest reporting this item as a violation, if at the very least, you want to annoy this flipper.
