Your basic knowledge is based only on the mainstream. You're only naming mainstream pop-punk but the scene was much more than those bands you saw on MTV. Considering that SST still charges 8.97 for a record, thats a pretty big difference, but thats just me playing devil's advocate. No, you're right. I want my vinyl as cheap as the next guy but I hardly think it's crazy or out of line to pay $15 for an album.

Alright, you're really getting on my fucking nerves. Your releases are $12 or $13, good for you. Like $2-$4 is some kind of huge difference between you and someone charging $15-$17.

They're not bad. I thought they had a weird taste at first but now I like 'em, especially the peperoni. In the past I got them when they were on sale 10 for $10.

Hopes for the new album? I don't really know what to hope for. Their last three haven't affected me nearly as much as their first four did. Is it pointless to remember those old rumors of an Against Me! split? That was a nice dream. Anyways, I'm always excited to hear their new material.

There is absolutely NO chance this is real.

I'm not trying to argue or anything, it's just that I don't think anyone expects 180g to sound better than 140g. It's just a matter of appreciating a thicker record. They're nice, and it's not really a gimmick if there's a benefit, which is that there's less chance of warping. I don't need the rare variant cover of some comic books either. The story isn't any better, but they're nice to have.

THIS! Especially if it's a personal favorite album. Those recent Strike Anywhere represses were awesome. Exit English 180g on red was really nice. And weren't they like $9.99 or something. I don't know maybe $14.99. Either way, they were worth it.

Depending on the record, I agree. There is something nice about holding a heavy 180g record.
