without fail, i get 2x sinus infections ever year and the only thing that will ever make me better is amoxicillin. might want to hit up a doctor if you have the ability to do so. it'll save you lots of feeling like shit. otherwise, neti pot/saline spray are alright for non-medications.

i gave a best man speech and i hadnt really even met my friends bride to be until a day before the wedding. your best bet is to talk about how happy she makes him and how his mood/life/etc has improved since she's been around. you can mention something they really like doing together, too. there should be a brides maid giving a speech focused on the bride, so dont worry about not talking about her too much.
