Here's another Dead Cross II update: Everyone on this email will be getting an exclusive RED variant. It will only be the disc that will be mailed to you to replace the faulty one that you currently have. We are also making the COUNTERFEIT GOLD and GLASS COFFIN CLEAR vinyl, but we are not able to remake the Three One G, Ipecac or Revolver variants. The RED variant will be the most limited and only for those of you on this email. For those of you that bought multiple copies/variants, please reply to this and we'll arrange getting you Gold, Clear and or an extra Red copy. Or we can also refund you if you didn't want any of these versions.- 3,573 replies

Just heard it last night. Very much looking forward to the whole album. BTW do you know where the black Corona variants are being released from? I can't find any info on them. Maybe indie?- 3,573 replies

Looks like Superjoint Rituals are finally being shipped from Brooklyn😅 Didn't think they were ever gonna ship, lol. Last month when I inquired about them, they asked me if I wanted a refund. I told them I've waited this long, why quit now....- 3,573 replies

Here's your classic thrash metal update: Been behind on the classic thrash reissues, but lemme tell you, we've been inundated with the thrash these days! Well, if you've been keeping up with Overkill's colored vinyl reissue campaign of all their Atlantic years, then you'd know we're up to Horrorscope now. All of these are getting a half speed master treatment on colored vinyl. Essentially they're the same pressings that came in the Atlantic years box set. These sound phenomenal! The artwork on these are very sharp but a little dark especially the Horrorscope artwork compared to my SYEOR issue. So far we've gotten: Taking Over on pink marble Under the Influence on yellow marble The Years of Decay on red marble Horrorscope on blue marble(much better than the Rhino 2017 SYEOR campaign) These are all available on Amazon and all record stores as well. At a very modest price to boot! and finally, the last ones from the Atlantic years: "I Hear Black" and "W.F.O." both hitting the shelves July 7th. Next up we have 2 thrash reissues from Music On Vinyl: First we had technical thrash metal band Realm album debut "Endless War" on silver vinyl featuring CD only track "Theseus and the Minotaur". Next we have another American thrash metal band, Whiplash with "Ticket to Mayhem" on swamp green vinyl. both of these reissues can be found on Amazon and your local record stores as well. next we had German progressive thrash debut from Sieges Even "Life Cycle" originally released in 1988 is reissued on Golden Core Records in classic black vinyl. as of this date all of these are available on Amazon we have A few more left😅 these are pre-orders We have Powermad Absolute Power from 1989 on silver vinyl limited to 1000 copies. Music On Vinyl is taking care of this thrash classic as well. Pre-order date is May 26th. Also available on Amazon and Wal-Mart too? Anyways if you doing like ordering online you can also check your local. Notably, Powermad had a cameo in the David Lynch film "Wild at Heart" playing their song Slaughterhouse with Nicholas Cage slam dancing and doing the helicopter on the dance floor before breaking out into his Elvis Presley impersonation. Where've we seen that before? Well Century Media likes to reach back into their Combat and Classics vault. And if you missed your chance, now's the time. Century Media is repressing both of Demolition Hammer's highly sought after first 2 albums on "limited" colored vinyl. These are limited to 200 each. (although I believe there's an indie variant coming as well). expected to ship on July 05, 2023 1990 Tortured Existence https://centurymedia.store/product/Y4LPCE700/demolition-hammer-tortured-existence-reissue-2023-transparent-blue-lp?cp=null 1992 Epidemic of Violence https://centurymedia.store/product/Y4LPCE699/demolition-hammer-epidemic-of-violence-reissue-2023-transparent-sun-yellow-lp?cp=null Anyways sorry for the long post. This is really good. I wasn't very impressed with the Spotify release, so I stopped listening and decided to wait until I got my copy. I'm glad I did. It's much more impactful and you also get a fuller feeling with the record. -
Goodies from the vinyl record cabinet
faaip de oiad replied to B_big's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
The language barrier and age were a big part. I've been reading what he has created on his website. He was an aging collector coming to grips with the reality that his collection was gonna outlive him and was coming to terms with it. Kinda sad that he fell into this pit hole. I respect the guy a little more after getting to know his intentions a bit more. I don't think this forum was what he was looking for. He's listed several forums that he recommends on his website but I don't think this will be one of them. -

I'm petty sure big b knows exactly what he's doing. After all, the selections he's posted are from his very own websites. -

Leave big B and his vintage selections the Falk alone. This is the most attention he's gotten in awhile.
