Anyone care to take a guess who will play Phillip Jeffries (the man that assigned Ray Monroe to kill Cooper's doppelganger)? I'm wondering if David Bowie will reprise his role as Phillip Jeffries. He played the part in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. I know he's not among us anymore, but hear me out. The "Log Lady" had a chance to reprise her role before she died. And she died in 2015… I believe Phillip Jeffries also has a doppelganger just like Agent Cooper and is also dealing with it. He's been missing for even longer than Cooper. About three to four years longer. Just a theory...
