my copy sounds excellent. for those who think their copies may have surface noise issues, i encourage you to do a side-by-side comparison with the digital files. there is a lot of natural surface noise on this album, as many of the sounds were sampled from vinyl with imperfections. my only critique is that it should have been clear, or teal (like my hair), instead of the boring deep blue that apparently the majority of people voted for. in the end, it feels great to finally own an affordable version of this excellent release. kudos to bullmoose for the 29.99 (no tax, free shipping) preorder. no major corner dings. jacket arrived NM.

here in russia, the government will issue an annual quota for foreign workforce based on the local employers' requests. in order to to be able to legally work in Russian Federation, a foreign citizen needs a work permit. all employers, who need to hire a foreign citizen, need to get a permission to employ foreign citizens (without exception). to become a permanent resident, a foreign citizen needs to become a temporary resident first. one can become a temporary resident, only if invited by a private person to Russian Federation (private invitation).

sorry. i understand my english grammar and discussion can be improvement. i agree with you that there are other ways that the american government gets undocumented migrants and nonresident aliens to pay taxes, other than sales tax. however, it's very likely that the government is not receiving much in federal income tax from undocumented migrants once tax returns are filed, tax credits are claimed, and tax refunds are issued. sales tax (as much as 9.45% in some states) and FICA taxes (7.65% of reported wages) are likely the leading methods the american government is using to collect money from undocumented migrants.
