- my youngest kid is sick, so i'm not going to see JT tomorrow in Memphis for free - Chris Hardwick made me feel sad at the end of Talking Dead. I hate my father but I hope that my kids don't end up feeling the same about me. I've been watching Hardwick for a few years now, I'm sorry for his loss. + i've got a lot of beer to get me through

i've got 2 or 3 hundred show posters for shows i didn't go to. i've got about ten of them hanging in my house. i look at it this way, if i like the art and the band/s on the poster it's cool to buy and or hang. I don't usually buy posters if i don't like the band/s on the poster, even if i like the art. so i consider the art and bands before i worry about if i was at the show.

I went crazy on Counting Crows this week, in part thanks to LW! barley any damage, thanks for the deal. I got this and Echos of the Outlaw Roadshow this week. i'm a man slut for live Counting Crows.

seems i was more than moderately drunk last night. i saw this thread this morning and thought, "oh crap i bought that". i then checked the 3eb site to see it still sitting in my cart. i've been thinking about it all day, then it was brought up just how expensive they actually are, back to thinking. now they are for sale individually, and i'm right back to wondering what i'll do. still wondering what this actually means too. are the b sides tacked onto the end of the albums?

I can look past a lot of this thread but my god, the grammar.

dry mount is when they pretty much glue your print to the backing board. it kills any monetary value the print might have.

i'm not sure what print flattening service is. is the print in bad shape? has it been in a tube for years? hobby lobby will probably drymount your print, even if you tell them not too. i don't trust places like HL. i still think something like AmericanFrame.com is the best way to go for most people.
