Spun the 1st side of my White copy and its all fine, no surface noise apart from a few patches of low level on track 3 Edit: Second side has quite a bit of surface noise after the 1st 2 tracks

I think its fair to say the contract certainly can't have been as clear as Omar believes regarding the rights to the vinyl releases, must have been some grey area around it at the very least otherwise even the simplest lawyer could win that case no matter what Universal tried to say

No think its still sides D & E of that LP but for some reason the song tiles released by the distributor to stores for listings has called side E Tarantism. The track list is correct on Amazon. Same as the one I posted on the previous page. De-loused demos is 1 disc (discs 3 & 4 on Amazon as they always insist on listing each side as an individual disc).

Yep, if they can't confirm it at this point its either (A) No it won't be included but we don't want to come and flat out admit so as it will piss lots of people off, or (B) We haven't agreed all the final details including tracklisting so we will be nowhere near ready to ship until July/August!
