I'd imagine that alot of t-mobile contracts will be grandfathered in so AT&T would have to offer the same rates/plans they have currently. For instance, I still have unlimited data on my iPhone since I had that before they switch over to the 2gb max a month plan.

No offense but it sounds like a horrible idea. My wife is a teacher and a friend of hers taught out of the country, and it is a completely different experience. It will give you a bad idea of what teaching will be like in the states. She suggest possibly teach on a military base. Regardless, it's just my opinion, good luck in whatever you decide.

I buy tickets off of stub hub for caps games and have never had a problem. Sometimes you can get them cheap, but if it's almost a sold out game they probably won't be. I know on the caps website you can buy tickets from season ticket holders slightly above what they payed. Not sure if the bruins have that but it's worth a try.

We bought a house in april '09. I used to live in a duplex and I didn't mind that at all. If you could get a end unit that would be your best bet, but they are usually desirable and sell rather quick. Essentially you were saying hoa plus what you would pay would be the cost of a mortgage on a house, but all the stuff the hoa would be covering your going to have to be paying that out of pocket. Which blows. When we bought our house it was a short sale and lender owned. Gigantic pain in the ass. The house was in horrible shape and we put a good bit of money and 3 weeks of my time every single day into it to make it livable. You can ask American Spirit Dan Jones, I made him help me half the time.
