I'm sure it's mentioned before on this thread but I'm too lazy to look.
Just out of curiosity has anyone ever bought bootleg stuff like this ?

"
Vault Vol. 1 is the first installment in a planned three volume set. All of the songs featured on these collections are rare, previously unreleased recordings that up until now have never been heard by anyone except STRFKR.
Rescued from primary songwriter Josh Hodges’ dying computer, some of these songs were written for STRFKR albums, some were written before (as early as 2007) or in-between, but they all played a role and influenced what has been released under that name.
Offering an unprecedented look into Hodges’ creative process and STRFKR’s musical evolution, the Vault series promises to be a must-have release for fans of the band and anyone curious enough to peek behind the curtain to see what is revealed."
they also put the album up on youtube today !

ah yes, snoop dogg. famous for his excellent 2016 release Coolaid, being high all the time, and his many girls gone wild promo vids.
Say what you will he's done more for hip hop than these clowns ever will.
this sound been played for years. this is from 08'
You know a sound has been worn the fuck out when jamie foxx try's to make music.

I feel like i've mentioned this before but the first time I saw converge wasn't until I believe right before/the release of axe to fall tour with ceremony.
Ceremony (Rohnert Park days)being an opener fucking stole that show. Never saw so many people on stage it was unreal.

Denzel curry is killin it.
i'd love to see him do a track with g herbo & Dave east
-
Eh I don't really consider it selling out these guys have been at it for a long time. Plus they've always been pretty heavily influenced by hiphop.
-
what the fuck happened ? That song is rough man, I know they dig hip hop which is great but maybe they should just let that influence weigh in instrumentally.
This is like some weird white trash linkin park crazytown hybrid
-
agreed with the above mentioned.
-Housefrau though small is another good one.
which is also around the corner from Guide To Culture and that place has a ton of zines.
I'm sure he'd probably stock your stuff.
-Blue Arrow (right down the street from Music Saves) imo this place is much better,
especially for used stuff, though music saves might have more rsd records.

firefox seems to work better

i'm just gonna leave this here.
yikes
PO Now: Portugal the Man - Woodstock

"Fate stuck it's wiener in John's ear again when he found his dad's ticket stub from the original 1969 Woodstock music festival"
Although the past few albums of theirs haven't clicked with me as well I still have high hopes for ptm and their new album. I just feel like the previous few lp's have been leaning a little too far towards accessibility, which is fine but I just don't hear that kind've organic sound they had going before.
They've always had an obvious element of pop/rap & hip hop influence among many others and it's flashed through their music in a variety of more unique ways each album, so I suppose that's what i'm looking for again.
Danger mouse is great i'm just hoping he doesn't influence the sound too much on this album. Not to mention it's good they're digging into some socially conscious topics on this album there is a lot to be talked about.
