  1. Mine arrived with damage to the spine, so Deathwish sent me a replacement. Good thing, since I had to tear off the sleeve in the back to get the vinyl out, and it has the same glue residue that others have encountered.
  2. Wow, what's going on with the edge? Got mine from Amazon and it sounds great.
  3. So this is how my copies arrived. Apparently the monkeys in LaVergne, TN thought they were a t-shirt. No disrespect towards Travis, but HT is run by the dumbest fuckin morons on the planet. Everything about this chain is sub standard: lousy customer service and returns, inconsistent inventory across the stores, ridiculously bad handling & packing of merchandise. Anybody want these mangled copies before I send them back to the fucktards?
  4. Got the blue today too...dynamite record. Blue is still available from Daptone, btw (for the five other people here who collect soul).
  5. The jackets are actually heat sensitive, not touch/pressure sensitive. Mine still works great.
  6. Dan Marter (intheclouds owner) mentioned he'd like to press the Old Nick EP on vinyl in 2014, which I totally support. Old Nick is what Owel was called before they switched bassists.
  7. Chvrches on red vinyl is no longer on the UO website, last week it said Sold Out. If you want one, better head to a store soon.
  8. 6 colors total, each set had two diff colors: red/yellow, pink/blue, orange/green
  9. It does not come with a download. From their Facebook page: "hi were owel... oh well... owl.... ohwull..... ohwheel..... hi were bob"
  10. Sorry you missed it, when I ordered mine it was showing 2 left. Hopefully Dan will offer a few more.
  11. Thanks for posting this, reminded me to go back and check intheclouds website to see what's new, and snagged an Owel test press. Anybody else? Once again, can't believe the 300 copies of blue haven't sold out yet.
  12. From the UO website: The debut LP from Scotland's Chvrches, "The Bones Of What You Believe" was produced by the band and recorded in Iain Cook's Alucard Studio in Glasgow, before being mixed by Rich Costey - all on UO-exclusive red vinyl.
