Got a Robotic Empire newsletter in my email just now. It shows a picture of "Canada Songs" With a quote saying "To help make 2021 better, we have a surprise in store for everyone late spring 2021! More info to come." Looks like a repress is on the horizon. I remember seeing Daughters for the first time in 2003 in a small club in Toronto when they toured this album. People were leaping off balconies into to the pit below during their very short set

I ordered The End of the Ring Wars and Far from them. The package looked like it went through hell when it got to me (not their fault obviously). However the records were packed way too tight!. Both sleeves had some dents on them. A little bummed, but the albums sounded great. So I didn't bug them after.

Told myself I wouldn't be an enabler but.... Treat yo'self!

I know, I got that email from Mathias a few months back and saw the jackets were already made and in hand. It's one of those, you kind of forget you ordered it but when it ships; you're stoked!

My wallet has been hurting for the past few weeks... But this is exciting! Still waiting on that Mare Vitalis repress from Thirty Something as well. Hopefully it's ready soon.

I have the Blue press from 2009. So I'm good on that. But I figured for the masses who appreciate that old school FOB. Sucks they won't press the classics. Instead they're gonna give us another pressing of albums that are readily available like Death of a Bachleor or Twenty One Pilots albums..... But maybe FBR will have some sense, we'll just have to see. I am hoping for some Hush Sound though and the old school stuff I mentioned above... Also definitely hoping for a Forgive Durden "Razias Shadow" press!

This album was definitely a constant in 2005. I just brought it up on Spotify last night and it definitely holds up. Brings back a lot of memories both good and bad. (those early 20's lol) I missed out on the splatter but glad to have nabbed the pink. Any copy is fine with me!
