I kept refreshing in Firefox and I was getting nothing. Then I switched to IE and it loaded fine. Maybe something wasn't refreshing totally.

The original listing was Buy It Now for $75 plus shipping. After some negotiating, I ended up paying $60 plus shipping. It's not too terrible a price, but I already had a copy of the album, so I definitely didn't need to get it...no regrets though.

I emailed Barsuk recently asking if they had any plans to repress these. They said they probably would eventually, but they had no plans to do it anytime soon. Bummer.

A colored copy showed up on ebay a few weeks ago, and I'm giddy that I bought it/embarrassed by how much I paid for it.

Any update on when Snapcase 'Progression Through Unlearning' will be available? Any chance of represses of Snapcase 'Designs For Automotion', Grade 'Under The Radar', and Grade 'Headfirst Straight To Hell' (non-picture disc)?

Yeah, I've had this happen to me. Ordered 6 or so records, got an email saying my order had shipped, received it in the mail with 3 items. I never got an email that anything was out of stock asking if I wanted to cancel the whole order or wait for other things to get restocked. The items I didn't receive said In Stock on the website when I ordered and after that as well. Customer service said their policy is to fill or cancel items immediately, but this wasn't communicated to me in any way. I ordered a bunch of things to spread out the shipping cost (they have a flat fee), so their solution of simply reordering things was dumb. I found the whole experience to be very annoying. With all that said, I was able to get a copy of Collections Of Colonies Of Bees "Customer" on LP and I think the record has been out of print for years. Even Polyvinyl hasn't had copies in a long time, so that was cool.

Yes I understand, my only point was people knew what he does business wise. especially people here. If people ordered this or any other MTS record an expected it to be on time, thats ridiculous. Its hasn't happened yet, learn from the past. I think its ridiculous to promise one thing and not have it and then to keep doing it over and over again is just a big slap in the face to everyone who supports him. My point was people knew this would happen, and complaining/whining will not come up with an update. Its only going to rush him into making an "update" to please people and it will get missed either because he is lying or because stuff happens. Either way. You'll get the update when there is something to update on. Sucks to wait but if hes openly refunding people its not like hes taking the money and running. So let me see if I get this right... Your argument is that people shouldn't complain about the poor way that MTS does business because those same people should KNOW that MTS does business poorly? By that logic a person shouldn't complain about getting randomly punched in the face if the person who punched them announced that they were going to do it beforehand and they in a sense "knew" it was coming. In all seriousness, this is the first time I've ever ordered from MTS so I had no idea this is how the release would go. I can't believe how many ways MTS has failed to follow through with updates about this and I've never once thought to myself 'I should have known...shame on me'. I bought the new Matt Pryor album through his Kickstarter and I paid on June 1. The album just came out, so it took over 6 months to get it. That process wasn't frustrating...in fact, it was fun because he sent out 31 updates over the course of that project. He sent out notes when recording was done, when mixing was being done, when the album art was coming together, etc. With this Blink release, it seems that MTS has used the pre-order purchases to fund the release (again, I didn't know that was going to be the case), but I would have been ok with that if we were simply told that up front and sent some updates about the process (art is finalized, jackets have been pressed, test presses are in, etc.) This is my first post in this thread so you can see that I personally haven't felt like commenting on the release, but I think anyone that bought this has EVERY right to complain about it.

I emailed Jeff at Crank on May 4, 2010 and asked about Mineral represses. He said "Yes we are repressing Mineral vinyl. We should have them in stock in ~3 weeks." After checking the website regularly for a month or so, I emailed again and I got this response on July 2, 2010: "Sorry for the delay, we’ll have the following records available in the next 2-3 weeks: Mineral / Jimmy Eat World / Sensefield 7” – new color vinyl Mineral “EndSerenading” LP and “Power of Failing” LP – both on limited edition color vinyl and black vinyl. Good stuff! Jeff" So I'm not sure if these represses are just delayed or if they've been abandoned. I'll email Jeff and see if he can give me an update.

I'd be interested to know too. I just barely missed out on the mystery color 1st press, so I got a black copy. I'm sure it's first press but I'm not sure how it's different from the 2nd press black.

I didn't buy this when it came out and I've been kicking myself ever since. I want a copy so bad but I'm just not willing to pay ebay prices.

The other label you could try contacting is End Up Records (http://endup.org/). They put out both solo albums by Caithlin and a solo album by Kyle. I don't know if they've done any vinyl though.

I sent an email to King's Road Merch and they said this: "We discovered a problem with the L&L LP pressing the other day and pulled them off the site while we are sorting it out. My apologies for the inconvenience." I don't know what that means exactly, but hopefully they'll be back up soon.

Maybe the blue pressing is sold out, but both listings for Left & Leaving 2xLP (blue and black) have been removed entirely. It's weird. Did both really sell out? And why would they remove the listings rather than marking them sold out? They still have the old single LP listing for Left & Leaving on the site...it's just marked Sold Out. I think something is messed up.

Ordered! $11+shipping for the LP is a pretty sweet price. I emailed Gordon Withers of Office Of Future Plans a few weeks ago and told him that beyond buying the new album on vinyl, I would be really interested in getting the Burning Airlines and Channels releases on vinyl. Here's what he said: "Hey Alan, thanks for your question. I haven't heard any plans for this, but I've forwarded the question to J. I can say we are very happy that the OFP album is coming out on vinyl, and thanks in advance for picking up a copy! We are really looking forward to its release. Gordon/OFP" Hopefully J. knows that there is a lot of interest in those releases. I would be so excited if they got some sort of release.

Got my cancellation email last night. I had pre-ordered it through Amazon back on 8/24 since HH hadn't put it up for sale yet. I wasn't really counting on it coming through from them (same thing happend wth GJ's W&T) so I ordered it as soon as HH posted the pre-order. And it's a good thing too otherwise I would have totally missed out. I did the same thing (pre-ordered from Amazon and ordered from HH) thinking I would hook someone up with my Amazon order if it actually came through. I wrote an email and bitched about the cancellation and Amazon gave me a $5 credit.

In Pittsburgh (last night), doors at 8 PM, The Velvet Teen at 9:00, Minus The Bear at 10:00. They played almost all of the first EP, all of HRP, Knights, Into The Mirror, My Time, Pachuca Sunrise and a few others. It was an amazing show.

travis, do you think copies of s/t will last until the release of SNW? I'm going to order them online, so it would be nice to pay for shipping just once. Since the release is limited to HT, I would think the copies would go faster than Adrenaline and ATF (since those were released widespread), but with the release of the box set, maybe they'll go a little slower than they would have originally. I really don't want to miss out on this, but I might gamble and wait. Is there any way you can let us know if the stock gets low before SNW comes out? I'd be very grateful.
