Generally anytime white vinyl is brought up here the "prone to surface noise" discussion starts. And of course there are those who just don't like the color. In either case I just ordered the Hot Topic yellow variant of this album for $19.65 shipped to store with the 30% off coupon. Yay.

I was so excited for this release, until they started posting songs. I hope my thoughts on it change when I hear the whole thing, but I just can't get into any of the songs released or the Big Vacation EP.

I find it weird that I connect with songs that someone 10/15 years younger than me wrote at times so I can see why the opposite would seem strange. Just goes to show that good music resonates no matter what age you are.
