it was the cornerstone place to do shows in Chicago for about 15 years and the owner just stopped letting shows happen a few years ago after an argument with the promoter(it's more complicated than that, but that's the easy description) and it's like going there now, it's not the same place as it used to be, it's one of those "you can't go home again" situations. It's silly and stupid and i essentially have to suck it up and go, but I've only been there once since they turned it back into a full fledged bowling alley and it was weird. edit: everywhere you go in the building there's 1000 memories attached to them so it's sensory overload... It's hard to explain. Totally can relate. i remember they had some awesome shows coming up and my friends and I went and they were like "No more shows go home!" We always wondered what happen to have it go back to a bowling alley. Some rumors were they could make more money as a full time bowling alley. But I understand about the sensory overload. I remember some of the best shows I have ever seen were there and there is no way to go back. It just wouldn't be the same. Awww the shows we went to..... I'm getting teary eye'd.

I'm sure most people expect to get Defeater albums from Bridge 9 and not us. Shipping is $4 in the states and $11 international, not sure where you got $9 from. I had a copy of each Defeater on black and white in my cart and when i went to check out through paypal it said shipping was $9. I even did the 10% discount and my total was still $28.80

I'm surprised you still have the Defeater repress available. Also why is shipping $9?

I have New Junk on vinyl already, think the $20 for Shit Happens / New Junk Deluxe CD isn't worth the cost? I would get the shirt bundle, but walking around wearing a shirt that says 'SHIT' in big bold letters on it while pushing my kid in a stroller would probably be frowned upon lol Dude back in the day I had a Guttermouth shirt that said "DOG FUCKER" and had a guy doing the dog doggy style. I got kicked out a lot of places but kept wearing the shirt. I have a son now and would still wear that shirt around him if I had it.

you mean like a repress? because i have a copy of 'rev' on vinyl. Yeah a repress. I know it was pressed on vinyl but hasn't it been OOP for a while?

I might just make a trip to Louisville to see Trap Them. Every thing they do is great.
