Try to find cheap chiropractic care in your area. I've been on a vigorous adjusting plan and haven't felt this good since I was a yeaer old (probably). They're professionals and could tell you what is wrong instead of trying to pin the tail on the donkey without an expert's consideration.

I agree that this record is great, and I say that as this band meaning more to me than any other. However, there are a couple parts to this album that actually sound as though they should have been on their self titled. Now thats no complaint, but it wasn't expected, that is for certain. What I find that sets this album apart is that it is extremely cohesive. Its not epic long song after epic long song, but instead, simply a seamless, epic album. Thats after listening to it twice through. Thoughts?

I used the IR+ a bunch last season, it's extremely beneficial if you keep up with it. I would like to keep as many bench spots as possible but considering the influx of teams/interest, I'm all right with dropping a couple, of course.

Damn so many chucks and vans in this thread its making my head spin. I had bought some zigzags (they're soooooole cheap [heh]) but they fell apart almost instantly. I forgot about macbeths, I'll have to skim through their website and see if they still have the style I wore years ago. Keep 'em comin'!
