First listen was... not good. This record is going to cause a rift. Ghost B.P. and Ghost A.P. If anyone is wondering if the lawsuit had an effect on the songwriting, the answer is yes. Of course I’m going to give it a few more listens, but so far I only really like Rats and Faith.

It sure would be cool to get this on release day...

This seems to be a (indie?) retail exclusive, maybe. It’s listed at online indie retailers at the moment.

For reals though. I have this secret crush on Zu Audio Omen Defs. I’ve never heard them, so I could hate how they sound, but I sure LOVE looking at them.

I got the Deluxe US press and shirt from the US store last night. I finally heard the new song this morning and I like it a lot. Rats! Ahhhw-waaah-ahh!!

I have an iPhone and it’s ridiculous when using Safari. I’ve switched to Firefox on my phone to view this and a couple of other sites that were getting the “Amazon” pop up that, as described, won’t let me back up to the site and I’ve had to close the browser. No pop ups or redirects when using Firefox.

I still like what they’re doing, and I don’t hold it against them, but it’s true.

The MOV S/T has been the XX version since the XX version came out, and is not always advertised that way. And the original plates that were used for the first MOV are the EU or UK original plates, which are good, but are not the loved US RL cut. Not passing judgment, just info.

Love it. They’d have be done right though. Im not taking about some special audiophile bull crap (not that that would be bad...),either. Just a well done cutting pressed at a quality plant.

Oof, that artwork... $125 for a standard 2xLP and CD in a box with a deck of cards and a prism. I like deluxe box sets if they offer me more music, or an improved listening experience. Cards, art books, or trinkets, not so much. i hope it’s a great album as I like the music on the other albums.

After a couple of digital listens, i’ll buy the LP. It’s a good album, but I sure wish he’d do something differently production-wise. A lot of the songs blend together due to them all sounding so similar and it seems to be pretty compressed, which doesn’t help there either. I’d say the vocals sound super upfront, but everything sounds super upfront. Felt the same way about OK Bear.

Yep, also in for Frosting. Even though I don’t love the other albums, i’d buy the box, but I don’t need or want all the extras for $150 for 3 LPs. Happy this is happening. Hope it’s a success for them!
