  1. The recent Mark Banning reissue on Students Of Decay is great. As is the recent V/Vm (Leyland Kirby) "Death Of Rave" LP.
  2. Unrelated, my copy of this came with a sheet with the tracklisting on the back, but its a bit too wide to put into the sleeve as it sticks out, what are you guys doing with yours so it doesn't get damaged? don't really want to fold it...
  3. If anyone has a heads up on the David Lynch LP, please let me know.
  4. Anyone know of a store that has the David Lynch LP in stock? Bullmoose has it, but they won't ship to Canada
  5. You guys should check out the John Davis and Secret Pyramid LPs out on Students Of Decay. The Davis LP is what sounds like analog synthesis/Max MSP, interesting ambient/drone. The Secret Pyramid LP is a monster, it's really great, for fans of Lovesliescrushing, SOTL, Grouper. Also, the new AANIPAA (Mika Vainio & Stephen O’Malley) LP on Mego is some seriously immersive/heavy stuff!
  6. rather strange, when selecting Canada as the shipping country you get shipping options for all the provinces except BC?!?
  7. I would avoid Zulu unless you're looking for overpriced new vinyl and loads of common classic-rock LPs. I would recommend Audiopile and Red Cat.
  8. It says 16.49 but once you go through checkout it will automatically charge you the tax-exempt price.
  9. Just a heads up for non-UK peeps wanting to order the UK version. Piccadilly Records has it for 13.74 GBP (tax exempt) for non-UK residents, that's the cheapest I've seen this LP.
  10. Awesome, thanks for the tip, and for offering help. Another quick question, I know the Adobe programs are very popular/industry standards, but are there any (cheaper) alternatives that can do what I need? Just trying to keep costs down for the label.
  11. I'm thinking of starting a vinyl-only label for my friends' bands and whatnot, nothing too serious/crazy, small runs, etc. However, I've never really had much experience with design software like photoshop and the like. I'm wondering what software I need to do the cover art and back designs for records. I know photoshop for any cover art is popular. But how about the back of the LP with the text and whatnot? do I need a publishing program of some sort? I'm totally clueless with this stuff, any info is appreciated.
  12. I'd love to grab this, but with shipping to Canada I'm not sure if I can make it happen.

    SOLD

BC (Shipping within Canada is $11)
  14. Tried that in the past, problem is that the record stores in this area only carry the standard ones.
  15. To each his own, but I think it's the best thing they've done since Soft Bulletin.
  16. Anyone find an outer sleeve that fits with the deluxe AMOK LP? this thing is way too big for standard sleeves.
