eric, you have to remember that we're all human. even the people who seem chipper as all hell all the time probably (hopefully) think and feel depressed, sad, lonely, angry, whatever. find something that's gonna make you happy, go on a hike, i don't know where you are but go for a surf, or skate, just spend some time outdoors, it's what saved me from hating myself and and leading me to hate others around me. its a vicious cycle. anxiety is something i still deal with pretty much on a daily basis, and i think most people are the same it just took me until now (college) to realize that we're all weird and quirky and feel awkward around other people. human interaction is one of the most important things in life, even the stupid stuff, and stop looking down on other people! i don't know if that stems from your perception of yourself or how you think they see you but everybody's just trying to get through the day, and it's nice to have someone to talk to even if you don't have much in common. high school is a tough time, but it's four years of your life. look at the big pictue and you'll realize that's nothin'. oh and go watch some bill murray. always makes me feel better just cause it's bill murray, the funniest fuckin person on the planet.

Anybody have an extra pair? I have 2 GA tickets to see them in Pomona on the 16th of April, but the SLO show fits better with my friends and my work schedules. Wanna work out a trade for these somehow?

As much as I love a cool looking variant, it's the labels at fault. They're not doing anything wrong so to say, and in reality it's a pretty great marketing technique. They're just capitalizing on making things limited or more rare by lowering the amount of something available, it's simple economics of supply and demand, but the difference here is that they are creating a superficial value based off of something being /100 or /250. And by splitting a first print of say 1000 into 4 different colors of 250 each, they're in effect taking an audience of 1000 potential buyers which could be harder to fulfill and pushing that into a much smaller 250, 4 four different times. But each variant is considered a separate entity in the buyers mind, and we all know that there are people who will buy things they are maybe even remotely interested in simply because of the potential monetary value or rarity. People like things that are more rare, they put more internal value towards them. But hey, who doesn't love a record that looks like this? To be clear, I support this. Without small labels making cool variant releases I'd be out of tons of things that would never see the light of day on vinyl otherwise.

True, I pretty much joined the old boards to get my grubby mitts on tdagarim and travis took the chance to sell it to me, pretty sure I paid via gift though, it's been awhile hah. I guess what I'm saying is not everyone new is trying to scam people but I definitely see how he threw you off there with a couple different things. I don't even remember what he sold it to me for but I think it was in the ballpark of $40 to $50. It's still the only thing I've ever bought on these boards, but anyways, you get what I'm sayin. Nobody ever seems to have what I'm looking for

The vinyl release date is April 8th (UK) so a concurrent release around or on RSD in the US actually might not be too far fetched. It just wouldn't be a limited RSD only thing.
