My other league has done 3 starts minimum and it's been great at making sure people draft goalies, pay attention to who is starting and sort of balances out peoples rosters and gives everyone a chance to compete every year. It would obviously be up to the league to see how they feel about it

Proposing for next year a minimum 3 goalie appearances a week. Didn't realize there was no minimum appearances until I saw 1st place was rolling one goalie. I don't know how others feel about it in the league but I'd like to at least put it forth as a potential rule change to be voted on.

The drinking part is what kills me/has me fall back. I'm a sucker for sugar and when I cut out pop for a year I lost about ten pounds not doing anything else different. Sadly, back on it now, I know that'll have to go first. These types of things are a little harder for me too because I'm not focused on weight as much as I am inches and boobies basically. I did a bunch of weight training and the scale only moved a little but I fit into all my stuff/stuff I couldn't fit into before and felt better about it

Cant see them pulling the trigger on Howard due to his age. He's 31 now, they are still about 4 years away from having an semblance of being a competitive team that's if everything goes to plan. Howard would be shot by then. Goaltending could really sink this rebuild. The Leafs have nothing now and nothing in their system that even resembles a potentially above average goaltender.

Damn I've actually noticed my game streams working much better but all the ads/commercial break stuff is super fucked and just freezes then goes away when the game is back on. Haven't tried to go back and watch a passed game yet tho.

I think your math is a bit off there. TB, Detroit, NYI, NJ, Rangers, Panthers and Bruins would all be in second place in the pacific and thus in the playoffs...

Phaneuf takes a lot of hate because it's Toronto. Every mistake is magnified and no one acknowledges he is by far the best defenceman on that team. Reilly is supposed to be better one day but right now he can't do the minutes Dion did. Obviously, Toronto is going to flip at least Michalek because this trade they actually took back 9M in salary so they actually have more money on the books now next season. Dion losing the C and being a second pairing guy will be the best thing to happen to his career. And the reality is Ottawa paid NOTHING to get him. They unloaded an injured forward who can't play top 6, a bust first round pick who can't even hold a 5-6 defensive slot and a nobody who will be on the waiver wire and they KEPT THEIR FIRST ROUND PICK. The Leafs have now traded an elite top line winger and a top pairing right handed shot defenceman (literally the hottest commodity on the market) and a 2nd round pick for a first rounder, Kapanen and roster players who they are just waiting for contracts to expire. In a few years people will look back and scratch their heads wondering how it's possible to have gotten such a small return for players of that caliber. People love wearing the Leafs blinders and I understand with the rebuild you had to move those contracts and I agree they had to be traded but you got fucking fleeced. You got nothing. It's a rebuild and you're walking away with one prospect and one good pick. Absolute trash return. Now this is all more fuel to the Stamkos rumours. Now he says he wants to win but so did Babcock and if Babcock sold out that fast I have no doubt Stamkos will when he sees that pay cheque. Imagine he doesn't go to Toronto, they are even worse for longer than they would be now. Interested to see where these events go.

not super shocked with the Wideman suspension. Still think it's a tough argument to say he didn't throw a bit of a tantrum and take out that ref like a baby. That team went into the shitter anyways this year (where they belonged really with the puck luck they were riding last year) so not like it's an insane loss. More so interested to see how that team moves forward. To me they should be sellers but they're stuck in that Avalanche limbo where one decent playoff appareance really botched a lot of plans

I just impulse purchased a Great River MP-2NV preamp. First time I've ever seen one below $2000 and it was in my city. Hopefully get to try it on some guitars and bass next weekend
