I was too. But it got so bad I wouldn't leave the house for months. That's a problem. Palms would sweat. Heart would pound. Fear conquered all. I missed out on a lot of family events I will never get back. Xanax has given me confidence and it does it without making me numb. It will knock your ass out if you don't really need it. But when you know you have to go out, take a halfsies and you're good to go.
