Yeah, I got the previous releases straight from Kung Fu and they were on 180-gram black. So far all I see for this are clear from SRC and whatever Amazon has.

I ordered both color variants and one did come completely solid red, with two very small and very faint spots of dark blue. I assumed I got a transition record, but maybe they all turned out that way. The red/white swirl looks pretty similar to the photo posted above.

My record came yesterday in great shape, plus a ton of free extras. Awesome seller!

How does the orange copy sound? Was this a good pressing or not? I know Green Day releases have had sound issues in the past.

Mine arrived today in absolutely perfect condition -- not a split, tear, or bent corner anywhere. I'm sorry for those of you who were the victims of bad shipping. My Pressure Chief is a very rich, bright pink with some smoke, while my Comfort Eagle is about 99.9% clear. Has anyone come across a final pressing number for this first run yet?

I ordered at 11:33am and was told yesterday that I was on the bubble between getting my box shipped out now, or having to wait for the next round. Thought for sure I was early enough to get one, no problem, but I guess not.

Pretty sure... I know you're wrong. Everyone who's been a subscriber to the Cake mailing list longer than a week can also confirm that you are wrong. When you email the webstore asking for your tracking number, can you check on mine, too? Thank you.

Guys -- Nowhere was it said this boxset was limited to 900 copies total. 900 was the number that would be available on RSD only. Cake made it clear on their mailing list that they would have additional copies available through their webstore -- they didn't give an exact number, just that they would have copies available in addition to the 900 that were sold through record stores on RSD. Why is this rumor getting so out of hand? Why are people actually upset about any of this? Why hasn't my copy shipped yet? Should I email the webstore and then update you all on whether or not my order has been marked as "shipped" or if it's still labeled "ready to ship?"

For those of us who have been subscribed to the Cake mailing list for some time now, it was always implied that they were going to make the box set available in their online store and subscribers would be notified first. Not sure why or where people were hearing it was limited to RSD only.

Cake is about the last band I can think of that would want to support or embrace what Record Store Day has turned into the last several years.
