Guys, Any idea who handles packages when it arrives to other countries? Asking cause I shipped a record to Belgium the other week and it says it has cleared customs, but hasn't departed the facility yet. I shipped a record to Italy the same day and it was delivered after clearing customs 10 days later. I just hope I don't have to deal with this dude filing a claim, when I did my part. Meh. I'm assuming this record is sitting at customs. I sent another record the same day via the same carrier to Italy. It cleared customs on the 12th and was delivered on the 22nd.
