  1. For most dorks on this site, a new COLOR is enough to buy a record. I'm in agreement with you.
  2. Opened the thread hoping to see Itchy and Scratchy clothes parodying Dropdead (the band) shirts, logos, etc. Leaving disappointed.
  3. Pretty sure they're re - opening as a broker not a legit plant. So, something ala Pirates Press and Record Pressing.com
  4. Season of Mist totally sucks. I'd definitely like to echo the previous statement that it'd be better if No Idea or Robo were involved.
  5. Backed. Their shipping prices can't be beat either. In a world where labels charge $5 to ship a 7", it's nice to see a label that's still fair with shipping.
  6. Wow. Well overdue. Glad I never shelled out a ridiculous amount of cash for a copy (snagged one for $20 last year).
  7. Still, it's funny how all they needed to do in the first place was reissue the records folks had been clamoring for over the past decade.
  8. It was too bad that The Body canceled in Pittsburgh, but at least they and Thou are coming to town later to do a collaborative set.
  9. A box set filled with in print records...how long until HE cries broke again?
  10. http://deadtank.storenvy.com/products/7084610-thou-ceremonies-of-humiliation-3xlp-collection-180g The pre-order for this is supposed to start tomorrow. It's a compilation of all their stuff (splits and the like) that came before Summit.
  11. This is up at Gilead Media. Self released by the band with Gilead handling the pre-order. 20 bones even after shipping. gileadmedia.net
  12. Shipping for my record + 7" was less than $4. Though I've read other people saying that such cheap shipping wasn't an option. Truly a clunky/odd label that I hope to never order from again.
  13. I had mentioned previously that the various deluxe versions had been sold out and then for sale again numerous times. Really weird.
  14. In particular Halloween III. Besides that, The Beyond and City of the Living Dead are major favorites. Of course Jay Chattaway's Maniac is tops as well.
  15. It was the last piece of vinyl that I needed to complete my collection. Sorry for the cock tease! Seriously, the second I got the e-mail that it was up on Discogs I went on and snagged it. I think quickness is the name of the game with this one.
  16. I got one for $20 last year on Discogs...won't be pulling off something like that again.
  17. I got my copy of Blue Screen Life for $30 on discogs last year. Easily one of my best scores ever.
  18. Seems to me, the dork that I quoted had the ignorant statement. But hey, mondo records aren't for listening after all.
  19. This is such an idiotic statement. Especially since Mondo's horror film soundtracks are among the most interesting musically. John Carpenter, Fabio Frizzi, Jay Chattaway, etc. How do you get any better?
