  2. Haven't seen anything on here about this record and thought I'd better share because it's so good. Vola, from Denmark, combines djent rhythm sections, 80s synths, poly-rhythms, and clean vocals, channeling the likes of Devin Townsend, Meshuggah, and Depeche Mode. If you like progressive metal, this is definitely worth a listen! available on their bandcamp page, mascot records, and amazon. Inmazes 2PL (180gr Vinyl) Tracklist: A1 The Same War A2 Stray The Skies A3 Starburn B1 Owls B2 Your Mind Is A Helpless Dreamer B3 Emily B4 Gutter Moon C1 A Stare Without Eyes C2 Feed The Creatures C3 Inmazes D1 Gutter Moon (October Session – bonus track) D2 Stray The Skies (October Session – bonus track)
  3. Hello all! Recently went through my collection to consolidate and sorted out all the stuff I bought that I really wasn't into so much. Was gonna bring them to a local shop, but decided to first throw the list up here and see if there's anything anyone here would be interested in! All that are listed are in NM condition are just opened to play anywhere from 1-5 times! Let me know if anything interests you! Also, started compiling the list on Discogs and then realized you can't show folders to other people so I'm just rolling with a screenshot of it for now!

  7. Adam D first spoke about this side project of his a few years ago, and people seem to have been very excited for it ( Myself included. ) They finally revealed a track, and it's absurdly heavy, wow. Corpsegrinder tearing it up on vocals, Adam D bringing the riffs ( Mixing and producing as well? ) and Shannon Lucas destroying the drums. http://www.metalblade.com/serpentinedominion/
  8. Vinyl pre-order should be up in the next couple weeks. They just released the first track, "Candlelight", and I have to say I LOVE it. I kinda wish they'd just go with the clean vocals, but I love the growly ones so much better than the tough-guy/nu-metalish stuff scattered throughout "Absolution". Can't wait! http://www.metalinjection.net/av/song-premiere/khemmis-provides-a-shining-light-for-doom-metal-with-candlelight

  10. Hey guys. I'd been doing the letter-by-letter sales for a while, but I'm just gonna put the tradelist up and tell you that nothing is off limits. Make me offers on anything you're interested in, got plenty of packing materials, so I can have things sent out hastily. I always hate when people say this, but I'm in the position where I kinda have to - if you're looking to make an offer, I'd appreciate if you have payment ready to go. I don't mind waiting a few days, but I need the money for this stuff sooner than later, so I'm not interested in holding things for anyone for anything more than a few days. Also, I like to think I'm pretty fair when it comes to pricing, and I will try to accommodate anyone buying multiple records with deals however I can. Please private message me if you're interested in anything in the tradelist, I will respond as quickly as possible. Really not trying to ship internationally, as it's a big hassle and pretty insanely expensive, but it's not off the table. Here's the link: https://deadformat.net/collection/mytrainwreck

  12. Selling my CD collection, hoping to make some money to help pay off my giant student debt. I currently haven't been able to go through and price everything but I'm all for offers at the moment. I have a CD refurbisher so I'll be going through everything that has been bought to make sure they're all refinished. Bought a vast majority of these while in high school so no judgement please =) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-XBzIyljap6xzDlnXe8BL6XD3uFrhdAUqJrydbBdo-4/edit?usp=sharing
  13. Hey y'all! I haven't posted in this forum in a hot minute, but I've had nothing but outrageously positive experiences from this group. I'm reaching out for help! I'm in the process of decluttering my life. I have a goal of moving to Louisville by the beginning or middle of October to move in with my main squeeze and start barber school as soon as I get down there. With that being said, I'd love to sell all of you my records, because I know they will be going to great homes who will appreciate them just as much, maybe even more than I do. I will try to mark off what is pending on the list as messages come rolling in. Feel free to ask/offer about anything on here and I will do my best to respond as promptly as possible. I will also provide pictures upon request. You will find the link to my Discogs account below. Thank you for reading and I hope to hear from y'all soon!! https://www.discogs.com/user/connorhovey/collection
  14. Looking to expand my metal collection. Looking for stuff in the description or similar artists.
  15. CT011 Monoliths "Monoliths" 12" Preorder here: http://crownandthroneltd.bigcartel.com/product/monoliths-monoliths-12-preorder The doom/sludge scene in the United Kingdom has had a spot in our hearts since this label was founded. Just a casual glance in our webstore and you'll see a variety of releases from a handful of bands that we admire and support. To be able to finally support one of them with a release is a blessing to us, to say the least. Comprised of members of other illustrious doom/sludge bands from the United Kingdom (namely Moloch, Bismuth and Ommadon), Monoliths presents their debut recording, a two song slab of granite that would crush not only your body but your very soul. Songs that sound as if molasses was run through SUNN amplifiers. Recorded by Boulty at Stuck on a Name Studios in the year 2015 and mastered by James Plotkin (Khanate). Artwork by Ross D McKendrick. Limited to 300 copies worldwide on black vinyl. Co-released with our friends at Dry Cough Records (Manchester, UK) Attn: UK/Europe customers, please order from Dry Cough for cheaper shipping options here: http://www.drycoughrecords.com/…/monoliths-monoliths-lp-dc27
  16. CT012 Reproacher "Nature's Bastard" 12" It snows in Wyoming in May. While the rest of the country enjoys the birth of spring and the start of warmer weather Wyoming sits under the gloom of cold and snow. It makes perfect sense that Reproacher creates gloom and despair with "Nature's Bastard", their newest full length. The darkness breed angular noise and ferocious d-beat hardcore mixed with hoarse screams of annihilation. From the first proper track "Celestial Blackout" the band shreds through with their d-beat meets noise rock brand of musical annihilation. "Poisonous Miasmas" continues this style while "Garrote" starts with distorted bass and almost industrial drum patterns before the band brings it back to their trademark downbeat dissonant nihilistic rage. 22. http://crownandthroneltd.bigcartel.com/product/primitive-man-p-m-2x12 "We found him at the bottom of the Laubacher Steinbruch. He was in a remote corner, grabbing water from the grimy puddles and forcing it in his mouth. His teeth could have given him trouble if it weren't for that fact that they seemed to be forced out, either by fists or by instruments. The first two at the bottom of the quarry, Stefan and Uwe, tried to remove him by grabbing him by the manes. Without hesitation or as much as a sound, he cracked both their skulls with a branch he pulled from his tattered cloth. And ate. For the past three weeks, we've been keeping him in this enclosure. We have tried reasoning, but all we can get is some low rumbling, a harsh grating bellow or high-pitched squeals among waves of noise-like emanations. The sounds he makes are ominous. His stare is even worse. This cannot be the primogenius. It may not be. It must not." "If you loved 'Scorn' don't expect a like-for-like trade on content here. What this is however, is a great accompaniment to that release; the flip side of the coin. Just as demented, but a slightly different animal. Primitive Man are no doubt going to explode this year. Listen to this and your head might join them." -Sludgelord Recorded at the Kingdom of Doom aka Monkey Mania by Ethan McCarthy between the winter of 2005 and the summer of 2007. Mastered by Ben Romsdahl at Juggernaut Audio. Artwork by Ethan Lee McCarthy. Includes digital download.

  24. «Arisen in 2011 from the fertile scene of Montpellier, France, VERDUN made a name in the realm of slow and heavy music on the basis of a simple three-tracks demo, leaving a strong impression on every witness of the band’s thunderous live shows. With a line-up solidified after a few european tours and opening slots for forefathers such as Electric Wizard, Eyehategod or YOB, the band finally delivers their long-awaited debut album, mixed and mastered by Tad Doyle. «The Eternal Drift’s Canticles» is the fruit of three years of crafting; far from simple amp-worship, the band excels at creating memorable tracks with their science of instant-classic riffs. A richer background emanate from these guitars, able to tint their sludge/doom roots with metallic hardcore toughness or burden-of-the-world melodies. Another strong component of VERDUN’s trademark sound comes from these charismatic vocals, switching between echoed screams from outer space, spoken words or mournful clean vocals. With an arid, heavy as hell sound, «The Eternal Drift’s Canticles» is a 55-minutes dark and painful procession that transcends the heritage of too-often codified scenes, running away from simply rehashing the past.» — Recorded by Mathieu Croux — Mixed and mastered by Tad Doyle — Artwork by Dadoo Jaxa — 2xLP & CD out this spring on Throatruiner Records, Head Records and Lost Pilgrims Records Tracklist : 1 - Mankind Seppuku 2 - Self Inflicted Mutalitation 3 - Dark Matter Crisis 4 - Glowing Shadows 5 - Jupiter's Coven
