kamalatapes
I refuse to participate because if I do a record label will see it and hike the prices on my favorite genre Basically I listen to a lot of non drop D power chord music.

skyhasclaws
a lot of you seem to like hardcore and metalcore and metal etc. do those genres really sound that good in vinyl? i imagine they wouldn't.
deletedunknown
Well mixed and mastered anything tends to sound good on vinyl. Then again some classical snobs say cd is better to hold a full symphony. One of the good things about heavy music on vinyl is that it makes any surface noise mostly non-apparent. That's kind of my gripe about ambient on vinyl; the records has to be basically pristine not to ruin the music.
Family Friendly Rap God
a lot of you seem to like hardcore and metalcore and metal etc. do those genres really sound that good in vinyl? i imagine they wouldn't. I have Rescue and Restore by August Burns Red on vinyl and that mix sounds better than the CD
