I just notice it a lot on their tumblr. I'm sure for the most part people on VC have a better understanding of how things work at a tiny label than your general tumblr teen. The artists associated with Orchid Tapes all sound quite a bit different, but also share very similar common threads at the same time - so it's hard to pinpoint where exactly you should start. Then I listened to it start to finish on a two hour drive to see my girlfriend at college in louisiana. And I gotta admit. It's fucking great. The piano tracks are seriously inspiring.
