I does everything the same as a Beard Oil I just wanted to try something different. Definitely switching back to Beard Oil when I'm done with this can. Guest Posted February 27, 2015 Share Posted February 27, 2015 so after having a full beard for almost the entirety of the last 2 years, i finally shaved it down to stubble, and i think i'm gonna stick to it for a while. i've already had a number of moments where i found myself missing it, but gosh.. once it was gone, it was such a relief. My routine is usually: let grow for a month or 2 while keeping my neck shaved, trim down with the shortest guard on, then repeat. I'd love to grow it out like crazy, but I have the facial hair that just expands out everywhere so after a while it makes my head look huge. Then I stopped shaving and getting haircuts. This was from 2012. Then I got a semi professional job and they both went over the span of 6 months.
