cmax64
Think I might have to hop on this. I loved "Inside Llewyn Davis" and got the soundtrack when it came out last year when they were doing the $5 promotion. The high cost balances out what I got the OG soundtrack for, at the time. twelvetwenty
The track listing for the CD is different from the vinyl. 34 tracks vs. 30. Also, apparently the poster wasn't free because now that it's no longer available, the price of the record has come down $5.

The "free" poster. i ordered this last night and got a "free" poster in my order. I wonder if it is a print that was sold at the concert or if it's just this: Either way that shit is going up in my house. My last experience with a print from Nonesuch was the one with the Conor Oberst album. It shipped flat and in a seperate package altogether. Maybe that is what the extra cost is for- shipping. Either way, I've been pumped for this release since I saw the concert on HBO or whatever channel.
Blaine
Very cool. I also picked up the soundtrack when it was $5, but were that not the case I still think $38 for a triple-LP isn't bad. I'm sure this will hit my local store, so I'll check for it there or wait until closer to the release date if I end up ordering online. It went from $38 (when I posted it) to $42 and now it's back at $38. I am pretty surprised that they managed to sell 200 preorders so quickly (allegedly). cmax64
Booo I waited too long and didn't get the poster. Bummer - I would have paid that price for it anyways!
Fowty Dollaz
Just a heads up, mine is out for delivery today, so if you preordered this it may be showing up (or have already and if that's the case, why have you NOT posted pics...jeeez...you're so lazy. Fowty Dollaz
Here are some pics. Records are in a tri-fold type sleeve that is not too thick, but does the job. The print (if you got one) is a screen print /2000 and is pretty good looking. It probably cost upwards of $25 at the show. Added: I'm seconds into the 1st track and it's already worth the money spent. So clear and wonderfully mastered. ksuwdboots
cmax64
Thanks for posting pics! This looks well worth the purchase, although I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous about that screen print! Definitely going to pick this up in the coming days.
Subdomestic
That does look nice! I'm on the fence for $50 at Amazon, though it is a 3LP. I guess that's what Christmas money is for.
fondfarewell
Anyone else have a big scratch sound right at the end of "we're going to be friends"? Nothing visible and RCM cleaned so curious if a pressing issue.
