You pay players 20 million a year, you can improve the bullpen phones. The past few years Ive seen a few reports about quite a few different stadiums having this issue. It's expensive, but only if you're stubborn and need to sit on the dugout. Bleacher seats (seats, not an actual bleacher) and standing room you can easily get for less than $30.
