rtw88
The Space Olympics thing was AWFUL. It seemed like he was trying to ape Tim and Eric and failed miserably. And Micheal Phelps was terrible. I've noticed with SNL a lot in the last few years, they have celebrities such as him who can't act, and then they just play themselves in a lot of skits. skumbucket
michael phelps was really bad. like a lot of athletes are bad, but he was probably the worst one i've ever seen, especially after peyton manning knocked it out of the park last year. Duff
having people like phelps host is more of a ratings stunt than for comedic or acting integrity. theyre just cashing in on whats hot at the moment, even though the olympics are a month old now. they did the same thing with peyton manning hosting after he won the superbowl and attained his "america's most marketable" status. they need something to counteract the shittiness of their sketches and writing. im sure all the phelps phans tuned in as well as people who wanted to see how bad he would be. Snaggle Von Swift
the restaurant scene was bad enough to ruin the entire show.

counterfiction
SNL should just stay away from athletes in general. They suck. but i LOVED Lebron James as a solid gold dancer.
jayeffscene
Apparently they mentioned my town during Weekend Update. Normal, Illinois. About the Priest that was selling coke. Dude was a fucking asshole.

stranaspank
The only saving grace was Kristen Wiig. She had me laughing on her sketches. just stay away from athletes in general. They suck. Agreed. She rocks the house. The gross kids sketch made me feel awkward in my tummy, but it was the funniest thing all night.
mcm1610
God, watching that Palin interview... she just seems like she's been fed a few things to emphasize and she just pounds those home, sound-bites and all, despite what the question actually was.
