I just completed my one-21 discography (they didn't have that many releases but 2 of them are almost impossible to find) Also I'm really into the Huntingtons which have had so many releases that it's gonna be a work in progress for a while. The only two I'm missing are AVAIL/Young Pioneers split 7" (which is cheap and pretty easy to come by) and the Who's to Say 7" on yellow. I have every Hot Water Music and Chuck Ragan record pressed on vinyl, however, I do not have ever color variation (I'm assuming this is actually what is meant). I was attempting to get every color variation, but stopped about 5 months ago. I had over 100 HWM records, but it started getting really, really expensive and then No Idea started repressing some of the older records and were throwing in some really weird variations that would have been impossible to find (I think No Idea has already repressed No Division on around 10 variations, some of which are limited to less than 10). At that point I gave up, but mainly because I needed some cash. I sold off some of the valuable pieces in my collection, and kept some of my favorites. I've pretty much told myself that I won't start collecting a band's full discography and all color and pressing variations unless I started doing it at the beginning of the band's carreer, when I can buy the records as they come out while they're still cheap. For example, I'm not gonna go collect every comp a band has been on (unless it's a cool rare one). Me and my friends had been on the tour for a while, in a car, all dirty and tired. They took us on their bus, got us high, gave us a place to crash out for a while. I truly appreciated it. I have every Hot Water Music and Chuck Ragan record pressed on vinyl, however, I do not have ever color variation (I'm assuming this is actually what is meant). I was attempting to get every color variation, but stopped about 5 months ago. I had over 100 HWM records, but it started getting really, really expensive and then No Idea started repressing some of the older records and were throwing in some really weird variations that would have been impossible to find (I think No Idea has already repressed No Division on around 10 variations, some of which are limited to less than 10). At that point I gave up, but mainly because I needed some cash. I sold off some of the valuable pieces in my collection, and kept some of my favorites. I've pretty much told myself that I won't start collecting a band's full discography and all color and pressing variations unless I started doing it at the beginning of the band's carreer, when I can buy the records as they come out while they're still cheap. Right now I'm just settling on owning a copy of each album. I'm slowly working on Bad Religion's though, just need the EP's and a few 7"'s. I'm also working on The Shins, even though they don't have much out. if everything was only pressed on black, so far once, then i have everything but the EP which he had at the last show of his i went to and sold out before i could get it You can get it on polyvinyl records website.
