akross
I am planning on sending mine back for a refund, and I was curious if anyone else had done this with success. I would rather have a record that skips and be out $14 than send it back and not get a refund...
j4m35
just put it on ebay as first press

akross
Did you put a nickle on it? Don't feel like it because I really shouldn't have to, but that may have been sarcasm, can't tell...
gravitylovesdrunks
what's the main problem with this repress? i haven't played mine all the way through, but it was playing fine. i also have a turntable with an adjustable weight on the arm. do you lack this? Apparently a lot of people have problems with it skipping. Mine plays fine the whole way through, so it isn't the pressing itself

I do. My B side skips terribly... Sigh.
steventangent
mine has the telltale orange-peel surface look of a record pressed with worn stampers.
thomas
I just kept mine, even though it sounds like shit on my table. A and B sides skip and are full of static, and I have an adjustable weight on my arm. I have a first press that skips too, but hopefully it's just dirty since I really don't want to buy a 3rd copy just to get one working. Guest Admin
when we first found out about the skip, Revelation said they would accept returns on it. So don't feel bad if you have to return the record. Just email someone at revhq.
