Guest falloutcollapse
Has anyone heard this yet? The last solo album was "meh" at best.
baseballhotdog
I liked the last solo record better than the last Bright Eyes record.
murakami
he played a lot of "new" stuff when i saw him a few months back - i assume it is from this record. pretty good but more of the same, twangy rock with a slight vocal quiver. the fans will like and the haters will still hate. probably wont sway anyone from one side to the other. mynameisdan
too bad this album is probably crap- just like that last one.

mynameisdan
I liked the last solo record better than the last Bright Eyes record. True, but not saying much. because they both sucked. his lyrics used to be amazing, since cassadaga its just been garbage.

fueledbymike
and i think i heard conor has like 12 songs and the rest are by some other members of the band
enjoyadrian
finished listening to this right now. My first thought is that the album is too long. There are a handful of solid songs and some that are just fluff. I give it a 6/10 based on first listen.
seafoamgreen
Listening to this may have made me decide not to drop $25 on it. First Oberst-related record in almost 10 years that I might not buy...
