Did the automatic Microsoft Windows update download. Halfway through installation, power went out. Now when I turn it on, Windows won't load up and all I get is a black screen and an error message advising that a file is missing or corrupt. Recommend to try to repair w/ the disc...tried that w/ Dell Support and didn't work. Dude recommended to reformat back to factory setting but then I'd lose a shitload of files. Fuckin' hell!
