It only says taking a break "for a while" though they speak almost as if it's permanent, hopefully not the case. Either way, kind of a bummer, they're an amazing band. Though their newest stuff hasn't been my favorite (You Come Before you is my favorite album from them) it's a shame if this ends up being for good. :/

True, if they need the break to explore new stuff it's not like they haven't released enough in the past 12 years to keep their fans going and like I said, their newest stuff hasn't been my favorite, just saying, I've never been disappointed with anything they've put out and seeing new music from them will be missed.

i think it's better for bands to go out on top rather than stay together and just make more and more mediocre music. that's all.

First three full albums are great, shame the last two were a bit mediocre. The only thing i'll miss is their live show, they were so good every time i saw them. Got a very nice PTW-YCBY skate deck at home from years ago, might have to dig that out now i remember!

You Come Before You is by far my favorite, but Versions really grew on me, and I thought The Tropic Rot was solid

I wish The Tropic Rot had been as innovative in terms of a new sound as Versions was. I would have liked it a lot more.
