Guest scriptedrain
I wish they didn't have to tend to the ice so much (even though I know it's necessary). Bring on the snow and the goals in the 2nd and 3rd!

nickbuysvinyl
i'm sad i missed it! you missed a great game. if you can find video of it, or they show a repeat of it, def. watch/tape/tivo it
monk0nuggets
It was a great game, but I'm sad the Sabres went down like they did. My friend took a camera and I've linked them like I said I would. Me (on the far right) with some good friends and my little brother!
martyk36
monk, those pics are sick...I was just gonna post to see if anybody went! could you see the ice ok from where you were sitting?
monk0nuggets
Actually we were in row 8 I think, so we were actually pretty close, but we were in one of the corners so the glass made a lot of the ice look distorted. I watched a lot of the game on the giant screen, but it didn't make it not fun or anything.
andrew13
great game. glad to see the pens pull it out. i'm no longer nervous going into shootouts with letang and EC. i have tickets for the WBS pens in march on Bonvie Bobble Gloves night. i'm right beside the visitor's bench, on the glass for $33 a ticket. fucking sick! andrew13
oh, anyone see they're talking about doing this with the flyers and pens at penn state? that'd be amazing. although, might be a bad thing... 110,000 flyers and pens fans who hate each other, drunk and in a giant stadium. xfactor675
it was broadcasted over here in Hungary, it was fantastic, the snow, the crowd were unbelievable. I wish I could see something like this in person. anyway I know it depends on weather more than in hockey, but is it available to take an NBA game outside? kirbypuckett
This was maybe the 2nd greatest sporting event I ever attended. It rivals one of the Steelers vs. Browns games I've been to and during our Super Bowl run we played the Bears in the snow and destroyed them. Anyways, my seats were way up in the top corner of the stadium, but I think they were great because I could see everything perfect. Some Buffalo fans were cool, but some where assholes. Some dude threw snowballs at my buddy and I. I was wearing my Lemieux jersey and got heckled a good bit. My buddy was wearing a Crosby jersey and people wouldn't shutup. I hate how jealous people are over him. The shootout was amazing. I'm surprised I didn't get beat up because I was rubbing it in people's faces after they trashed talked me for 4 hours. The drive home sucked and I wrecked my car in the horrible snow.

ronniethebear
Would any of you Pens fans be interested in Lemieux cards? I've got the Topps rookie card and tons of others that I don't really care about keeping anymore.
monk0nuggets
I hate Pittsburgh, but that picture is pretty awesome. Sorry to hear you wrecked your car dude.
kirbypuckett
I just watched all of the highlights again. Letang's shootout goal was so pretty.

It was just plain cool and it was awesome to see how much all the players really enjoyed it.
kurtz
I'm curious as to what kind of ratings this game got compared to the bowl games at the same time. This was definately the game to watch.

monk0nuggets
I just watched all of the highlights again.Letang's shootout goal was so pretty. I did as well. Letang's goal was nice, but the bobble leading up to it wasn't so swift.
sgoodcore
Of the 3 shootout goals I thought Crosby's was the most skilled. Letang had Miller dead, Miller had no idea where he was going but Crosby's patience was amazing.

After seeing the replay, however... WOW!
