They have announced on their website (http://favoritegentlemen.com/artist_sites/bad_books/) that the album will have a digital, cd, vinyl, and a "special edition" release. The band will also be doing a four-date east coast tour starting October 10. Supporting acts will include Right Away, Great Captain! (Andy Hull), Gobotron (another Manchester member... Robert I think?) and Hardello (a Dead Confederate side-project). September 30 UPDATE! You can pre-order the album in many forms: 1. There will be a CD released with a poster signed by the band. 2. A translucent red vinyl and poster signed by the band. 3. And now for the special edition out of 24. This will be the same translucent red vinyl. However, it will also contain a hand carved, hollowed out book containing the album on CD in digipak, a poster signed by the band, 2 bad books buttons, and a "unique" polaroid photo. This will set you back about 40 big ones. Downloads for the albums, upon pre-order, will be made available on October 19th. I was pleasantly surprised. Danny McBride is a sure bet to make me laugh. Daniel, I know what you're saying. In my opinion, these songs are good but just lacking something. The other song from the record I have heard is called "Mesa, Arizona." I think it's a little bit better but I'm still not too sure how I feel about it.
