When I called they don't even answer the phone normally cause you are supposed to know who you are calling. I was like ugh is this hot topic? The guy asked how I got the number. The thing is that wasnt the way to order it. Yes it worked for a couple people but it actually wasnt suppose to be available to order from HT.com yet so those people were correct in saying its not on the site and if they dont have that record in stock there isnt much they can do. Also not all of these have even hit stores yet. Only 30 to go online? Its not that at all. Its not even that big of a deal. The store should not have given that number out and likely just gave the wrong number on accident. So when customer serviced told me what that number was and asked if I could request it be taken down I did. Thats all. There is a customer service number for customers to use to contact HT.com customer service. US customers - 1.800.892.8674 International customers - +1.626.709.1189 Im not trying to keep that a secret, just the number you posted wasnt the correct one for customers to use.
