Have had the window up all day at work and been refreshing but got completely frozen in the hour or so before they went on sale and sold out so nothing for me. electricsnow
The prices for these are ridiculous now. Now $150 for a set seems like a steal haha
patron
I love most of the Alamo prints, I just wish they would press a shit-ton of the ones they know will move. Between Olly Moss and Martin Ansin, my house would be covered in movie prints if they pressed 5,000 of each of theirs.

Effing love the Bride of Frankenstein, Wolfman and Phantom of The Opera prints. I even like some of the Tyler Stout and Ken Taylor stuff. tattoomike
are they sold out in 5 minutes ? They sold out in under a minute Yu. It's common for their prints to do that.

patron
So Olly Moss has 50 complete Star Wars sets that he's selling today at 5pm GMT. He's not adding them to his store, rather he's posting a link on his twitter (http://twitter.com/#!/ollymoss), he's selling them for $500 a set. Which I think is amazing. If anyone deservers a huge profit margin, it's the artist. Good for him.
aleon
So after making $60,000 for the 1st round of posters, he's going to make another $25,000. And selling 'em all in like 2 minutes. Damn!
lonesomexloveus
yes, because everything is pure profit! derp.

aleon
yes, because everything is pure profit!derp. I doubt it didn't cost 'em more than a few thousand dollars at the most to make these. Even if it cost them $10,000 to make(which is highly unlikely), that's still a pretty good profit margin. A lot better than putting out records. mattisr1984
$500 for some prints is straight-up stupid but i cant blame him for taking these suckers for a ride. gotta strike while the iron is hot.

The theatre licenses all of their prints, which is why only know are they able to do bigger movies; they've been getting a lot of promotion in the last year.
