I have been e-mailing crowdsurge for the past 2 months over 30 e-mails trying to get my USA one that i ordered with my ticket last year and i finally got a package today in the mail that had a purple one numbered at 166/150 and it had a huge Poster of Dallas, a US Tour Poster and a Canadian Tour Poster in a seperate tube.
