Yeah, that's not worth the risk. They were never a popular band even in more obscure circles when they were together, so finding a few hundred people to rebuy the record is fairly impossible. It'd be nice if the Recess Theory/FSF split were pressed at some point, I'm sure that would have a better chance of selling. I'd imagine it'd need to be on a 10" though. I was looking up some Takehold stuff to ask him and found an interview he did in 99/00 with some blog or zine. They were asking about him releasing stuff on vinyl or and he said vinyl was dead and on it's way out. I asked him about that in an email and he laughed. He said if he knew then what he knew now, he would have pressed a lot more. My point is this: if FLS - Regeneration of Self was pressed back then, I bet it would be one of Takehold's most sought after vinyl releases nowadays (like 238). I would have said this but I only need it for the Recess Theory songs. Either one or both of the songs that appear on this and TMID are basically demos, right? I like the studio versions better. Justice Prevails was a great song. They're proper studio recordings. The Bradley is very close to the TMID version, but I definitely prefer the album version of New Year's Project. The Final Curtain cd/dvd also had a demo or two on it from the same sessions. Someone post a Jersey Shore gif and this thread hijack will be complete. Saw them at Night of Joy at Disney (I got to go for free, if you know what it is, pretty awful). Me and another random dude were the only guys singing along, probably because we were the only ones who really knew the band. They had the camera near us the whole time.
