TheWindBlower
i think that's the point when it's a heel talking. i think the most disrespectful thing going right now is the crowd chanting "CM Punk" at AJ. i just hear "We're dirtsheet readers trying to get ourselves over" anytime that happens. Yeah, I definitely agree about the CM Punk chant. I want him back as much as the next guy. He was my favorite wrestler, but it's ridiculous. I have to imagine that it bothers the hell out of AJ. Family Friendly Rap God
I didn't even notice that. That's absolutely hilarious. I'm gonna rant a little here. There is nothing I dislike more about a crowd than when they chant "WHAT?!" It was funny when it was Stone Cold's gimmick, but now it's so stale. I don't wanna hear "WHAT?!" every damn time Lana is cutting a promo. I really feel like it breaks up the flow of a segment and looks like the crowd isn't interested. Just my opinion, but damn, it bothers me. It honestly doesn't bother me at all. It's become ingrained in the culture.
scottheisel
I don't mind the Punk chants when AJ's out there. I look at it more like, "Hey, we think you're rad, so we're gonna chant the raddest guy possible's name to show our support for you." Sure, they could chant "A-J LEE! A-J LEE!" but it's better than no response at all, y'know?
Brock N Roll
Ive spent the last hour or so watching New Jack stuff. I wasn't really into wrestling back then and I would have been too young to really comprehend what he was notorious for but holy fuck, that guy was insane. I get that he was part of all the extreme promotions but he should have never been allowed in a wrestling ring after some of the stuff he did. dantheriver
New Jack is a legit maniac.
TheWindBlower
Yeah, man, watching New Jack matches makes me uncomfortable. I don't know how anyone would wanna work with him.
Brock N Roll
Yeah that's a great way to describe how I feel...just uncomfortable. I watched the two incidents he and Vic Grimes had, the mass transit incident and the stabbing incident as well.
Brock N Roll
Then I watched some of his interviews and he has zero remorse for any of the shit he did. He was describing the sound it made when he stabbed the guy with an 8 inch blade 9 times and laughing about it.
TheWindBlower
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgYC-XvBSMg This is an incident that really made me uncomfortable. I suppose that the guy could have just been selling the chair shot, but damn, it didn't look that way.
Brock N Roll
Yeah I came across that one too. Nuts.

crime
I'd put Sandman in there with New Jack. The guy wasn't as nuts but he definately wasn't playing with a full deck.

sacredheart
Looks like he asked for it so he could go back to wrestling again. It is a shame because he was a good talent and could have filled the comedy role that Santino left.
Family Friendly Rap God
That's a shame. I enjoyed him wrestling on NXT. Did you guys hear about WWE dropping the pay rate for Indy wrestlers that appear on tv?

Yeah, I read that. As much as it sucks, it seems like an easy budget cut to make. Apparently, tomorrow is supposed to be another big day for cuts. So, we might have some good discussion tomorrow. sacredheart
Apparently roughly 160K new subcribers but also lost more than 120K subscribers. How are they cancelling?

elgato48
Even with the network is giving wrestling overkill I still won't cancel. I always ordered rumble, mania and summer slam. Just the cost of those alone cover what I spend on the network yearly. Infancy I think it's less. I'll gladly pay less to watch all ppv instead of just
Guest
One person on another site pointed out that the 1 million subscriber mark was unrealistic for just North America. When Wrestlemania garnered 1M+ buys, that figure was worldwide. 600-700k in America is pretty solid, but i guess that is still below their goal. sirrichardrichard
Also, I don't like the sounds of the Canadian deal....they are licensing it to a cable provider....I'm worried I won't be able to get it if I'm not with Rogers...similarly to all the AMC controversy I hear about during Walking Dead and Breaking Bad.
